One of my acquaintances asked me
why someone who is single never seems to attract attention from the opposite
sex. Yet, when the same person is involved in a serious relationship, others
beat a path to his/her door.
Some believe that when you’re in
a relationship you have more self confidence, and therefore carry yourself with
more pride. That may be the case; however, I believe it’s because most people
want what they cannot have. There’s a certain mystery about someone who’s
unattainable. This stimulates an interest that had not previously existed.
